[Проблема] Ошибка при обновлении 3.8.11 > 3.8.12

Приветствую.
Перенес форум с phpBb на vB 3.8.10 через Impex, счетчики обновил.
Обновляю форум до версии 3.8.12, на последнем шаге кликаю кнопку "продолжить", страница перезагружается и всё, дальше не идёт.
Php 5.6, посмотрел лог ошибок, там ничего нет.
Сменил на 7.2, появилась ошибка в браузере:

а выше по коду переменная $steptitles где то встречается?
какое значение имеет?
