Why doesn´t vbulletin DGT null have these archives (sm-check.md5, sm-check.php, sm-keygen.php) ?
Instead vb Scrptmafia null have all them... why?

sm stands for ScriptMafia. And SM have made there own Build with KeyGen, That is one reason DGT null doesnt have these files...

Also, it has a good reason to be included...to give your board fake license...harder to detect.

this means the accessmask.php file is not the right one. Is not the original file which SM Nulled. Someone switched or change this file in or made changes in the SM release...

which version are you talking about ??? v 3.0.14 ? or v 3.5.4 ???
this only the upload folder... try uploading it and using the sumchecker hopefully this have none changed files

Have you uploaded plugins or packages or even imported database data? If so, then that is what's causing it, because that writes in new data in the PHP files. Even if you replace that one, then the next file will be bad, and so on and so on.
I have a doubt with sm-check.md5
