С помощью данного продукта админ может отправлять ЛС всем пользователям, которые писали сообщения в какой-либо теме.

Описание

This mod allows admins to send a PM to everyone who has posted in a specified thread

Installation:
Upload the files then import the XML

Usage:
Navigate to the admincp, then expand the "Users" tab and click on "PM Thread Contributors"

Fill the required options and click "Send PMs"
