1st great idea to create an english speak forum. To my mind the international visitors will be more and more a percentage.

What about creating an endlish forum style (i mean for example the buttons for new thread etc...) and translating the announcements to english an post them here? Maybe a complete copy of the hole site in english and the visitor can choose between english and russian version? Yeah thats a lot of work but i think many many people will thank you for doing this.

gmm... first of all we need men who have perfect english (: because our english is't much pretty ;)
then we must know how many peoples will come to eng forums

Well... The subj is not so difficult, actually. And our current level of education allows us to found english forums.
But meanwhile there are no eng-speaking people except you and Bashar. So let us wait for more active pilgrimage
