Подскаджите как это решить , может кто знает в чём дело. Хаки удалил + отключил на всякий случай.

в конфиге отключи

Отключить хаки ?

в конфиг.пхп в самый конец поставль:
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Пробовал не помагает
