Поставил tms_1-1-5-eng.zip он воткнул свой копирайт =) Я редактировал фоотер и там после редактирования можно было нажать "Настройки" я нажал убрал там его копирайт и пропали все =) Видно не досмотрел и еще что то зацепил )) Как терь вернуть ? Мне нужно толь это :

Во фразах все норм стоит проверял. В самом шаблоне тоже этот код :
