Исчезла граница в поле ответа, как вернуть ее обратно?

На левой картинке все правильно, так он и должен выглядеть. На правой - какой-то скин. Если Вам нравится так как на правой, то в шаблоне NEWREPLY (NEWTHREAD) найдите контейнер:

И переместите границы этого контейнера ниже кода поля Заголовок и выше кода группы Иконки для сообщений...

нет такого контейнера...
и еще как-то криво отображаются инструменты редактирования
при наведении мышкой, они скачут и т.д.

скачут при наводке вверх на пару милиметров а потом возвращаются..

Вот что я хочу - справа редактор быстрого ответа, слева - простого(полного ответа)

Я хочу чтобы была вокруг всех кнопок редактирования, смайлов и т.д. серый фон и обводка черная, как например даже на этом форуме
