походу у тебя потерлась таблица threadredirect
выполни через phpmyadmin такой запрос:

CREATE TABLE threadredirect (
        threadid INT UNSIGNED NOT NULL default '0',
        expires INT UNSIGNED NOT NULL default '0',
        PRIMARY KEY (threadid),
        KEY expires (expires)
)

Дело в том что нет phpmyadmina. Как нибудь подругому нельзя решить сию проблему?

тогда пропиши в includes/config.php в строке

$config['SpecialUsers']['canrunqueries'] = '';

это:

$config['SpecialUsers']['canrunqueries'] = 'твой_ид';

потом админка - обслуживание - выполнить SQL запрос
