Запуская инсталл.. вот такая ботва

ну я ввёл туда эпелептическую строку (красненьким)

Правильно заполнить конфиг.
Я выше сказал что надо.

месные спецы не могут ошибиться, проверяют по 100 раз

чтото у тебя половина строк не закрыты :

не надо так. сделай одинарные кавычки с двух сторон и еще раз перепроверь

Я к тому, что ты конфиг заполнил не верно. Нетвайнд выше уже сказал в чем ошибки.

да какая разница. все ставят без проблем , а ты не можешь аккуратно заполнить конфиг :
