When I ban a user, they can just make a new account which isn't good, at all.
How would I make it an IP ban for that certain time I banned him for (or permanent.)?
(I don't want to put it in the IP banning list and removing it manually each time.)
I want it all automated.
When you ban a user, you ban automatically his IP adress... If he uses a dynamic IP or a proxy he can register without problems even if you ban his IP

That's actually incorrect. You have to go to the Admin CP in vBulletin options to IP ban someone. And if what you are trying to say is that you want someone to make a hack that will IP ban someone and do it automatically, good luck, it will take an amazing coder to do it.

Okay sorry for the mistake, but you should be carefull with this. Users may easily change IPs with proxies, so i think it's useless

Most people don't know how to change their IPs.
Almost everyone can erase cookies and make a new account.
It's just not right! :(

So you've got to block the IP adress,
AdminCp====>Vbulletin Options=========> User Banning Options

Lol, did you read my post?
I want it automatically but, for now I'm going to use the IP Bans for Moderators Controlled via Post in Moderator Forum hack.
But, I still wish Vbulletin had that feature. I know they have thought of it but, have never bothered with it though...
