Free Domain Name

I want to ask you if there is a method or a program that can offer a free domain name without banners nor ads..

I'm using a shortcut URL, and that's not very friendly with google and other search engines...

So, a free domain nomain, dream or reality????

I would be very thankful if you help me for this...

NB: I live in a country where e-payment isn't available yet. :(

Dream :( Unless you buy a certain type of hosting which in some cases comes with a free domain name registration...

There is this one site that lets you make a domain name and lets you keep it as long as you keep posting on their forum but, I have never tried it.

I'm From Argentina, and in Argentina, the ISP blablabla......it's free

www.nic.ar

Domain will be www.mydomain.com.ar obviuosly, ISP .com.ar (Argentina)

Later, you can use www.mydomain.com for administer your site URL redirection.

Ah, if you want a domain, i can register it for u because you need a CUIL and other things that are required here...like a Administrator living in Argentina.
